SAINT ALBANS – Roland Beauregard of Saint Albans recently won the PEAK Antifreeze 300 for the 300 Sweepstakes, and as a result will be flown to Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill., for this weekend’s PEAK Antifreeze Indy 300 Indy Racing League auto race.

Beauregard, who was picked from among 30,000 entries, will meet IRL star Danica Patrick as well as shake hands with all the competitors during driver introductions just before the race. He will watch the final race of the IRL season from an executive suite. If Patrick wins the race, Beauregard will win $300,000 as part of the contest.
