GORHAM – Josh Amoroso scored two goals to lead the University of Southern Maine Huskies to a 3-0 men’s soccer victory over the Saint Joseph’s College Monks Tuesday.

Sinisa Bajic added a goal and an assist for 3-2 Southern Maine. Chris Willard had four saves on 13 shots.

Greg Cavanaugh saved three out of 17 shots for the 1-2 Monks.

New England College 3, USM 0

At Gorham, Brittney Vogrin scored a pair of goals in the first half and Lori Zaniboni added two assists to lead New England College over the University of Southern Maine.

Jodie Dresser added a goal for the 5-0 Pioneers of Henniker, N.H. Jacqui Parker made three saves on eight shots.

Freshman Allie Hill made 15 saves on 28 shots for the 0-4 Huskies.
