Benefit dinner and silent auction
A spaghetti dinner with dessert, a silent auction, music by a DJ, a 50-50 raffle and a cash bar will be held Sunday, Sept. 24, to benefit the Butterfield family at the Bangor Elks Club, 108 Odlin Road.
Kristine Butterfield is battling brain cancer.
Employees at Stillwater Dental Associates, where Butterfield works, and at husband Mark’s place of employment, G.E., are planning the event to help the family with expenses.
Auction items will include tickets to restaurants, theater and athletic events; dental services; and an autographed book by Stephen King.
The spaghetti dinner and dessert will be held 1-6 p.m., and the silent auction 1-4 p.m.
To donate items for auction, contact Jeff Gerald, 843-7118; Brent Brown, 944-8101; or Rodney Dupuis, 843-5772. Contact Dupuis if items need to be picked up.
