BELFAST – A microenterprise training course, “Incubator Without Walls,” will be offered 6-9 p.m. every other Wednesday beginning Oct. 4 at Belfast Area High School. MaineStream Finance, in cooperation with WEB, Belfast Adult and Community Education and Waldo Community Action Partners, is sponsoring the course.

There will be 10, three-hour classes. The “Incubator Without Walls” course provides entrepreneurs with the resources and skills necessary for creating and managing a small business.
