PRESQUE ISLE – The University of Maine at Presque Isle will celebrate Constitution Day with a talk by U.S. history professor Dr. John Zaborney at 12:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, in the library conference room. There also will be a commemorative display at the library.

The university also will hand out a small booklet titled “The U.S. Constitution and Fascinating Facts About It.”
