ORONO – Marie-Andree Canuel scored on a Marie-Michele Bouchard assist at 6:54 in the first half to lead the University of Maine to a 3-0 women’s soccer victory over Marist College Friday.

Cristina Di Telsi and Laura Harper added goals for the 5-0-1 Black Bears. Veronique Fleury provided an assist as Jasmine Phillips stopped all five shots.

Caitlin Hazarechuk made eight saves on 11 shots for 2-3 Marist College.
