KaroleAnne Emery of Husson College was named NAC Field Hockey Player of the Week. Emery scored 3 goals with one assist against Becker and added 2 goals and 2 assists against Elms in two conference wins last week.
Alec Brown
Alec Brown of University of Maine-Farmington was selected as NAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week. Brown tallied his first three collegiate goals in a pair of NAC wins last weekend, helping UMF to a 3-0 start in conference play.
Hirohi Ueda
Hirohi Ueda of Husson College was honored as NAC Men’s Soccer Rookie of the Week. Ueda had an assist in a 3-0 win against University of Maine-Machias and two goals in a conference win over Becker College.
Jenna Rowan
University of Maine-Farmington’s Jenna Rowan was named NAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week. In three wins last week, Rowan collected a team-high 22 kills and a .381 hitting percentage for the Beavers.
Emily Farley
Emily Farley of University of Maine-Farmington was selected as NAC Women’s Cross Country Rookie of the Week. Farley led UMF for the second-straight week, placing 10th among 239 runners at the Pop Crowell XC Invitational at Gordon College.
Liz Saucier
Old Town native Liz Saucier of William Smith College was named Liberty League Co-Defensive Women’s Soccer Player of the Week. The Herons allowed just one goal in two games this weekend.
Allie Hill
Allie Hill of the University of Southern Maine was named Little East Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Week. He had a 1.47 goals-against average and 36 saves in two USM wins.
Christa Hutchinson
Christa Hutchinson of Southern Maine earned Little East Cross Country Runner of the Week honors. She was 35th out of 160 runners at the Codfish Bowl Classic over the weekend.
Rianne Barker
Rianna Barker of UMaine-Machias was named Sunrise Conference Volleyball Rookie of the Week. She had 24 kills and 33 digs in three matches.
Heather Hartman
UMaine-Fort Kent goalie Heather Hartman was named Sunrise Conference Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. She led the Bengals to a pair of shutout wins.
Sean Platt
Sean Platt of UM-Fort Kent earned Sunrise Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors. He was a key factor in two Bengals’ wins, both shutouts.
