WATERVILLE – Devin Lincoln headed in a JoJo Hwalek crossing pass on a free kick with 5:20 left in the game Thursday Bangor rallied to edge Waterville 2-1 in boys soccer action.
Noah Spofford gave the 4-5-1 Panthers a lead in the second half but Bangor’s Mack Susi tied the game 56 seconds later.
Aaron Taft made two saves on four shots for the 9-1 Rams. Waterville’s Josh Sirous stopped nine of 19 shots.
Hampden 3, Mt. Blue 2
At Hampden, John D’Haiti scored two goals to lead Hampden Academy to the win.
Nick Beal added an unassisted goal in the second half for the 8-2 Broncos and Logan Larabee had two assists. Cam Cox and Jon Lenz combined to stop three of six shots.
Devin Ferreira and Brad Dority scored for 5-3-2 Mt. Blue of Farmington. Ben Russell provided an assist as Joe Whalen made four saves on 13 shots.

Brewer 3, Skowhegan 0
At Skowhegan, Shun Sasaki netted in two goals and Marc Relford added another as Brewer blanked Skowhegan.
Chris Brady had three saves on five shots for the 5-4-1 Witches while Alan McKay stopped nine out of 19 for the 0-10 Indians.

Lawrence 2, Nokomis 0
At Newport, Nick Sterling and Evan Bois scored to push Lawrence of Fairfield past Nokomis.
Max Haney turned away eight of 12 shots for the 3-6-1 Bulldogs.
Wayne May made 12 saves on 14 shots for the 1-9 Warriors.

Orono 6, Penquis 0
At Milo, James Berry and Mike Perna both netted two goals to lead Orono past Penquis.
Lee Hecker and Hosain Aghamousa each scored for the 7-1 Red Riots. Paul Ohno provided two assists and Nate Peterson blocked all five shots.
Brian Zwicker and Richie Russell combined to make 17 saves on 28 shots.
Central 7, Bangor Christian 1
At Corinth, Danny Kane had a hat trick with three goals to lead Central to victory.
Levi Nickerson had a goal and an assist for the 4-2-3 Red Devils. Ryan Bean, Matt St. Peter, and Kyle Roy each scored and Scott Kelley had two assists. Charles Haney and Jon Daneil combined to stop 15 of 25 shots.
Zach Kutz scored on a penalty kick in the second half for 4-5 Bangor Christian. Sam McLeod turned away 23 of 36 shots.
Girls soccer
Foxcroft 1, Dexter 0
At Dexter, Lindsay Chase scored on a Bryanne Clawson assist with 32:13 left in regulation to lead Foxcroft Academy to victory.
Sarah Whittemore stopped seven of 10 shots for 4-5-2 Foxcroft Academy.
Ashley Richardson made five saves on eight shots for 3-5-1 Dexter.
Piscataquis 1, Schenck 0
At East Millinocket, Mallory Izbicky scored an unassisted goal with 19:36 left in regulation to push Piscataquis of Guilford to victory.
Jill Martell stopped 11 of 13 shots for the 4-0-4 Pirates.
Toni Thompson made nine saves on 15 shots for 1-8-1 Schenck.
Skowhegan 2, Brewer 2 (2OT)
At Brewer, Kristi Poland scored an unassisted goal with nine minutes left in regulation to help force double overtime for Skowhegan.
Jordan Atkinscon scored in the second half on a Sandy Johnson assist for 1-7-2 Skowhegan. Crystal Johnson stopped 15 of 19 shots.
Elizabeth Cote and Sarah Risser scored first-half goals for 2-6-2 Brewer. Carolyn Tuck blocked 14 of 18 shots and also provided an assist.
Mt. Blue 3, Hampden 2
At Farmington, Ava Amabor had two goals and one assist to lead Mt. Blue past Hampden.
Bethany Charles added a goal plus an assist for the 5-3-2 Cougars and Caitlin Scott saved 12 of 30 shots.
Lauren Jadallah notched a goal plus an assist for the 5-5 Broncos and Kathleen Macone added a goal. Michelle Wells stopped five out of 10 shots.

Messalonskee 7, Old Town 0
At Old Town, Kate Tounge and Ashley Roderigue tallied two goals apiece to lead Messalonskee of Oakland to victory.
Hannah Cole, Allie Smith and Hilary Thibeault added a goal each for the 5-4-1 Eagles. Eloise Douglas had four saves on five shots.
Nicole Guay and Lauren LeBreton combined for 17 saves on 27 shots for 0-10 Old Town.

At Dover-Foxcroft, Kayla Clukey scored on a Sabrina Sharrow assist with 35 seconds left in regulation to lead Foxcroft Academy past Nokomis of Newport.
Renee Maheu made five saves on five shots for the 6-3-1 Ponies.
Beth Flanders made 13 saves on 14 shots for the 4-6 Warriors.

John Bapst 2, Hampden 1 (OT)
At the Penobscot Job Corps field in Bangor, Christina Andrle took a pass from Meagan Tilton on the defensive side of midfield, burst past two defenders and converted on a breakaway in the first overtime to give John Bapst its win.
Andrle scored on a Tilton assist in the first half for the 7-3 Crusaders, but Hampden’s Alisa Hamilton equalized in the second half.
Hillary Laferriere made 12 saves for John Bapst and Katie Hessert made four stops for the 4-4-2 Broncos.

Camden Hills 4, MCI 0
At Rockport, Amanda Kava scored a goal and assisted another to push Camden Hills past Maine Central Institute of Pittsfield.
Laura Schelble, Megan Bauer and Kate Federman added goals for the 6-4 Windjammers. Dale Winsper saved the only shot she faced.
Courtney Howe made 15 saves on 20 shots for 0-10 MCI.
