American Baptist Churches of Maine will celebrate 202 years of ministry and mission Oct. 19-21 at Columbia Street Baptist Church. The Rev. Jeffrey Johnson, national director of evangelism, will be the keynote speaker. The theme of the annual meeting is “come and see.” Bill and Ann Clemmer, missionaries to the Democratic Republic of Congo, also will address the assembly to be held at the church on Columbia Street in downtown Bangor.
