ROCKPORT – Virginia “Ginny” Lindsey has been named Rockport’s finance director, Town Manager Robert Peabody announced.
Lindsey’s appointment to the post is scheduled to be formally approved by a vote of the Select Board on Tuesday.
Lindsey had been Knox County clerk for more than 20 years and most recently deputy administrator, but her position was eliminated late last year.
