BUCKSPORT – Cassie Gourley’s game winner with just 1:08 left in regulation boosted the Bucksport girls soccer team to a Heal point-worthy 1-0 victory over George Stevens Academy of Blue Hill Saturday in high school action.
Katie Hurd picked up her ninth shutout of the season for the 9-1-12 Golden Bucks. She stopped five of 11 shots, including a George Stevens penalty kick. Another GSA penalty kick went wide of the goal.
Kayla Eaton made four saves on seven shots for the 9-2-2 Eagles.

Greenville 3, Vinalhaven 1
At Greenville, Hannah Breton, McKenna Peat and Brittany Boucher each scored a goal to lift the Lakers.
Addie Pelletier and Breton each recorded an assist for Greenville. Lauren Fling made three saves on 11 shots for the 9-2 Lakers.
Kate Hamilton netted a goal for Vinalhaven off a pass from Chelsea Guptill. Dana-Marie Wentworth made 17 saves on 34 shots for the 4-8 Vikings.
Winslow 3, Medomak Valley 0
At Winslow, Brynne Davis stopped seven of 11 shots as the Black Raiders shut out the Panthers.
Winslow’s Liz Cheesman scored twice and Jordyn Mallett added a goal. Jill Smith and Katie Caron each had an assist.
Rachel Keefe and Alison Cornforth combined for nine saves on 15 shots.
Bangor Christian 5, Searsport 1
At Searsport, Morgan Chasse netted four goals as the undefeated Patriots cruised.
Katherine Bragg added a goal for 12-0 Bangor Christian. Chelsey Brasslet, Kelly Robinson and Christin Pelletier each chipped in with an assist and Moriah Bach made 17 saves on 19 shots.
Brittani Frisbie scored for the 5-7 Vikings and Amanda Cheney stopped 15 of 27 shots.
Madawaska 3, Calais 0
At Calais, Susan Lavertu scored twice as the Owls topped the Blue Devils.
Ashley D. Cyr added a goal for 8-3-1 Madawaska. Stephanie Nadeau stopped all eight shots.
Stephanie Perry made 10 saves on 16 shots for 8-4-1 Calais.
Presque Isle 6, MDI 2
At Bar Harbor, Sarah Porter scored two goals and assisted two others to push Presque Isle past Mount Desert Island.
Angela Norsworthy scored twice for the 11-1 Wildcats as Sarah Gonisioroski and Kayla Legassie added goals. Molly Hamel stopped three of nine shots.
Ashley Young and Danielle Hutchins scored for the 1-10 Trojans. Bridgette Pratt made 10 saves on 18 shots.
John Bapst 4, Caribou 0
At Bangor, Whitney Sinclair netted three goals to lead John Bapst to the win.
Kristen Willard added a goal while Torri Gibson tallied an assist. Caroline Cassling and Sam Maquillan combined to make three saves on four shots for the 5-5-1 Crusaders.
Brittany Doak made 11 saves on 19 shots for 2-9-1 Caribou.

At Monmouth, Jenn Lola’s score with around three minutes left in the first half propelled the Mustangs past the Cobras of North Anson.
Lola scored on a breakaway down the middle off a through ball from Katie Woodman. Brittany Rac made six saves on nine shots for 8-3-1 Monmouth.
Ashley Zikorus stopped 11 of 25 shots for 1-10-1 Carrabec.
Bangor 0, Hampden 0 (2OT)
At Hampden, the Rams and the Broncos failed to score through regulation and two overtimes, putting a halt to Bangor’s perfect record.
Tawnya Godinez blocked three of seven shots for 12-0-1 Bangor.
Michelle Wells turned away four of nine shots for 7-5-1 Hampden.

Fort Kent 4, Penquis 1
At Milo, Nicole Chasse scored two goals and assisted another as the Warriors picked up the victory.
Kacey Pelletier had a goal and an assist for 9-3-1 Fort Kent and Marissa Albert added a goal. Kelsie Bouchard blocked six of seven shots.
Shelisha Clark scored on a direct kick in the first half for the 0-12 Patriots. Erica Lyford made 25 saves on 31 shots.

Vinalhaven 3, Greenville 2
At Greenville, Oakley Jackson scored two goals in the second half to lead Vinalhaven by Greenville.
Willie Drury added a second half goal while Andrew Guptil and Sam Cose each grabbed an assist. Nathan Hopkins made 15 saves on 31 shots for the 6-4 Vikings.
Ritchie Chilson and T.J. St. Louis each scored a goal for Greenville. Corey Woodbury recorded two assists. Tim Post made 19 saves on 41 shots for the 4-6 Lakers.
Dexter 2, DI-Stonington 2 (2OT)
At Deer Isle, Jake Adams netted the second goal for Deer Isle-Stonington 10 minutes into the second half as the Mariners battled to a 2-2 tie with Dexter through two overtimes.
Bryant Ciomei started scoring with a goal in the first half on a pass from Shane Eaton. Chris Eastman stopped 13 of 15 shots for the 6-2-3 Mariners.
Ethan Woodman and Dan Beatham each scored a first-half goal while Aaron Woodman grabbed an assist for Dexter. Rob Brown made 18 saves on 20 shots for the 8-2-2 Tigers.
Bangor Christian 6, Searsport 3
At Searsport, Brett Bradford and Wontaek Oh each scored two goals to lead Bangor Christian by Searsport.
Phil Dougherty and Brandon Wilcox each added a goal. Sam McCloud made 10 saves on 16 shots for the 6-5-1 Patriots.
Evan Kingsbury, Chris Gillo and Eddy Benner each netted a goal for Searsport. Daniel Peach stopped 13 of 18 shots for the 1-11 Vikings.

At Lee, the Pandas rolled out to a 3-0 halftime lead and held off the Raiders of East Machias.
Peter Pickering paced 7-4-2 Lee with two goals. Corey Coulombe and Eric Jang each added a goal while Branden Crocker and Tom Bird had an assist apiece. Jon Connick stopped 17 of 20 shots.
Milos Gautier and Trevor Jessiman each had a goal for 9-4 WA. Julian Washington added an assist and Josiah Jackson made 14 saves on 20 shots.

At Mount Desert, Luke Ireland scored the game-winning goal with 1:09 remaining in the game to lead Presque Isle by Mount Desert Island.

At Bangor, Nick Hubbard had a goal and an assist to lead John Bapst to victory.
Ian Bamford and Jordan Myers scored for the 10-2 Crusaders. Petter Lundquist provided an assist as Jeff Sanford blocked seven of 13 shots.
Kyle Corrigan scored a first-half goal for 7-4 Caribou. Chad McCarthy turned away 12 of 29 shots.

At Hampden, Alisa Hamilton scored two unassisted goals to secure the Broncos’ victory over the Warriors.
Sarah Pond, Tina Lumino, and Mindy Grover scored goals as well for the 7-2 Broncos. Nellie Woods provided an assist and Katie Hessert had four saves on four shots.
Beth Flanders blocked 13 of 18 shots for the 4-8-1 Warriors.

At Foxcroft, Kelsey Boss netted a pair of goals in each half to lead Foxcroft Academy by Old Town.
Danika Brown and Jennifer Gagnon each added a goal while Amy Molinaro and Gagnon each grabbed three assists. Renee Maheu stopped nine of 11 shots for the 8-4-1 Ponies.
Cally Randall and Jenna King each scored a goal for Old Town. Heather Nile made eight saves on 20 shots for the 2-10-1 Coyotes.
