Allie Hill

Allie Hill of the University of Southern Maine field hockey team was named ECAC Division III New England Goalkeeper of the Week. Hill helped the Huskies to a 3-0 record on the week posting 27 saves and a 0.88 goals against average in 240 minutes of action.

HIGH SCHOOL

Colin Bates

Bates, a junior halfback and cornerback for the Orono football team, was named the LTC Class C football player of the week. He led his Red Riots to a 35-32 win over Stearns by rushing for two touchdowns and 208 yards on 12 carries. He also had eight tackles and scored on a two-point conversion rush.
