Farrington for Senate

In that last several years, Maine has been ranked as the highest taxed state in the nation. The leadership in Maine’s Legislature has failed to control state spending and fix our property tax crisis. Sen. Joe Perry has been the chair of the Taxation Committee for the last two years.

Maine is in need of change and fresh leadership. We need a more business- and job-friendly legislator with real experience. It is our responsibility to make Maine a growth state once again by putting real representatives in Augusta.

Frank Farrington is that man, a person who will capably represent Bangor and Hermon in the Senate. He has proven his ability time and time again as a member of the Bangor City Council. Farrington will be able to cross the aisle and work with members of both parties for the good of the state.

Farrington and his wife have five daughters and 11 grandchildren. He is concerned about their future and wants to work in the Legislature to ensure a solid economy for Maine.

I support Farrington and urge you to vote for him. This area needs strong representation.
