Bangor police found Sheila Payeur, 43, of Bangor sitting in her car at her house on East Street eating french fries. When she was asked to get out, she could not open the door herself, according to reports, and was not steady on her feet, “swaying” when she finally got out.
Payeur was so visibly intoxicated that police took her to the station for an Intoxilyzer test. Her blood alcohol level was at 0.24 percent. She also stated that she was on lithium and a few other drugs, according to reports.
