Meet Jessie Logan, Pia Lenane and Brooke Barter. They’re 23. Educated. Ready to take on the world, and the Queen City.

Today we unveil the first in a series of articles about these dynamic women. Until recently, none of them had ties to Bangor. Over the last three months, they’ve made themselves at home.

You may have seen them shopping at the European farmers market on Buck Street. Or listening to live music at Carolina’s. Or waiting in line for popcorn and a soda at the cheap seats. Soon, you’ll see a lot more of them, and through their stories, you may even recognize a little bit of yourself.

Jessie’s, Pia’s and Brooke’s stories have just begun. Where their futures will take them is unknown. But we’ll be there – and so can you.
