COLUMBIA, S.C. – Army Pfc. Joshua J. Hartley has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

He is the son of William and Lisa Hartley of Hermon.

Hartley is a 2002 graduate of Hermon High School.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Army Pvt. Jeremy Britton graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Britton, a 2005 graduate of Bangor High School, is the son of Douglas Britton of Bangor and brother of Jason Britton of Glenburn.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Army Spec. Maggie Pribus has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

She is the daughter of Charles Pribus of Brownville and Norma Pribus of Bangor.

Spec. Pribus received a bachelor’s degree in 1997 from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh.

FORT BENNING, Ga. -Army Pvt. Aaron Smith graduated from basic military training at Fort Benning, Ga., on Oct. 27. He graduated as an infantryman and is in the Army National Guard. A 2006 graduate of Bangor Christian School, Smith is the son of Terry and Kathy Smith of Bangor, the grandson of Whitfield and Donna Curtis of Littleton and Janice and Donald Smith of Hartland, New Brunswick.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Army Reserve Pfc. Nia Ramsay graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Ramsay, a 2006 graduate of Old Town High School, is the daughter of Kirk and Laura Ramsay of Bradley.
