BLUE HILL – Ellsworth hit five out of eight free throws in the final minute and a half to hang on to a 61-56 high school boys basketball victory over George Stevens Academy Thursday.

Corey DeWitt netted 21 points and Dem Katsiaficas added 19 for Ellsworth.

Jared Gordon poured in 29 points and Nick Saunders tallied 11 points and 11 rebounds for George Stevens.
