After hitting his buzzer-beating 3-pointer, McAllian then scored Bangor’s first four points of overtime before senior guard Troy Jellison gave Bangor the lead for good at 56-53 with a 3-pointer from the left wing with 2:04 left in the extra period.
Senior forward Alex Gallant paced Bangor with 24 points and seven rebounds, while McAllian finished with 12 points and Lee Suvlu added 10. Ryan Weston grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds for the 9-0 Rams.
Sophomore guard Ben Russell and senior forward Isaiah Brathwaite each scored 14 points for 7-2 Mt. Blue, while senior point guard Art Trask added 11.
