Alley sinks Shead Royalettes rally past Tigerettes

EASTPORT – Brittney Alley saved her best for last when she sank two free throws, her only points in the game, with 16 seconds left to lift the Jonesport-Beals Royalettes to a 48-46 high school girls basketball victory over the Shead Tigerettes Tuesday night.

Tina Beal paced the winners with 16 points and Krista Smith added 15.

Randi Smith led Shead with 10 points.
