Although smoking is bad, things have gotten out of hand. When people in local or state and federal governments start telling us that we have no right to smoke in our own cars, they are stepping on our constitutional rights.

I am not a smoker, but smokers have rights also. If there is so much discontent on people smoking, then maybe what should be done is to close every plant that makes the cigarettes in the first place. But then there would be thousands of people out of work.

Where does it all end, when there is nothing left to take away.
