DeWitt sparks Ellsworth past Mattanawcook

LINCOLN – Corey DeWitt scored 28 of his 31 points in the second half to lift Ellsworth to a 76-66 high school boys basketball victory over Mattanawcook Academy Wednesday.

Demetrios Katsiaficas scored 11 points for the Eagles and Chris Archer added 10 points.

Junior Derek Libbey scored a career-high 37 points for the Lynx and Isaac Young had nine points.
