CARIBOU – Judy DeMerchant, a family information specialist, will present an overview of new managed care regulations later this month at three locations in The County.

DeMerchant is the parent of a child with several handicaps, and her presentations will be on a parent-to-parent level. She will discuss what managed care is and how to gain access to services.

The events, all from 6:30 to 8 p.m., will take place Feb. 8 at the Caribou Public Library, Feb. 14 at the Fort Kent Library, and Feb. 28 at Houlton Regional Hospital.
