Most of those who have flag poles and fly a flag do so very well. However, there are a few that do not respect the fallen by not flying the flag at half staff.

The governor of the state of Maine orders all flags at half staff when we lose a soldier. Even now, when we have lost a past president, the current president has ordered all flags to be flown at half staff for 30 days.
