Kelsey Potdevin

Colby College sophomore women’s swimmer Kelsey Potdevin was honored as the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division II Swimmer of the Week. Potdevin had an NCAA B cut qualifying time of 59.93 in winning the 100-yard backstroke. She also set a school record with a time of 2:10.79 in taking the 200-yard backstroke in Colby’s win over Bowdoin College.

Nick Farrell

Nick Farrell of the Colby College men’s basketball team was honored as both ECAC Player of the month and DIII News January Player of the Month. Farrell scored a collegiate-high 39 points and went over 1,000 career points in leading the Mules to a victory over Bowdoin. He also posted 23 points and seven rebounds in a victory at University of Maine-Farmington.
