WARREN – The Knox-Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District is holding its annual trout-stocking sale.

Orders will be taken until noon Friday, May 11. Delivery for Lincoln County will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 17, at the Lincoln County Recycling Plant parking area, Huntoon Road, Wiscasset. Knox County delivery will be 1 p.m. at the USDA Field Office parking lot, 191 Camden Road, Warren.

A $10 permit is required by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife before trout can be ordered. Applications can be downloaded at www.knox-lincoln.org or call the department at 287-5261. Permits must be brought to the pickup site.
