Catholic Charities Maine announced that Steve Letourneau became the agency’s new chief executive officer on Feb. 5. Appointed by Bishop Richard Malone, president of the board of directors, Letourneau becomes the fifth appointed CEO of Catholic Charities Maine since its beginning in 1966. “Steve Letourneau brings excellent management experience in nonprofit organizations and proven skills in strategic planning, organizational development, financial management, fundraising, and public affairs and advocacy,” said Craig Burgess, chairman of the board of directors. Letourneau has been an employee of Catholic Charities Maine for more than 10 years. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Maine at Farmington and is currently completing his MBA at Thomas College in Waterville. He resides in Fairfield with his wife, Lisa, and their four children.

U.S. Cellular has named Chrissy Doyle as the company’s small-business expert at its Bangor store, located at 3 Mid Mall Blvd. Doyle is one of 500 associates trained as part of the company’s small-business team, which will focus on providing small businesses with the individual attention they require and cellular solutions that are specific to their business. “Through her training with U.S. Cellular, Chrissy has become an expert on the wide array of needs of small businesses and will do an excellent job serving this unique client,” said Jim Holmes, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in New England. Doyle will provide guidance to the store’s employees and offer in-store analysis and solutions to meet the different needs of small businesses.
