Aubuchon Hardware says it plans to earmark proceeds from the opening week’s specials at its new Bangor location at Penobscot Plaza, 21 Washington St., and the reopening of its Brewer location at 848 Wilson St. to donate paint to the YMCA in Bangor.

The hardware stores held ceremonies Wednesday morning to celebrate the grand opening and reopening, respectively.
