David A. Peterson, president and CEO of The Aroostook Medical Center, has become a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Peterson has served as the president and CEO of the medical center since February 1987. He also serves as senior vice president and CEO of Eastern Maine Home Care. In 1976 he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maine and served three years as an officer in the Army Medical Service Corps before returning to the university to earn a master’s degree in business administration.
