Make sure you don’t forget to stretch and get ready to feel the burn.

Bravo’s back with season two of its original series “Work Out” starting at 11 p.m. Tuesday, March 20.

Owner Jackie Warner has a lot on her plate this time around. In addition to daily operations at her gym, Sky Sport & Spa, she’s got a new house and clothing line to keep an eye on. And as those of you who watched the first season remember, there’s always drama with Jackie and her girlfriend of five years, Mimi, as they struggle to save their relationship.

A new business venture also keeps everyone on their toes when Jackie launches Skylab. The intense weeklong program is designed for clients who want to make a positive and drastic change to their bodies, minds and overall health.

The trainers also are good for a little excitement, and things really heat up between two of them when the whole gang heads to a gay and lesbian gala.

If nothing else, “Work Out” is the motivation I need this time of year to get rid of the Maine winter insulation and step on the treadmill.

Looking for something a little less strenuous and more intellectual? (Yes, sometimes reality TV can be educational).

Late night reality has new episodes of “BRAINIAC” on the G4 network airing at midnight Monday, March 19.

The show answers questions we’ve all pondered at one time or another, like how many helium balloons does it take to lift the average person off the ground?

Speaking of being lifted off the ground, a gambling Web site is taking bets on whether former British model Heather Mills’ prosthetic leg will come off during “Dancing with the Stars 4,” which premieres at 8 p.m. Monday.

Bodog.com, based in Antigua, is taking “yes” or “no” bets on whether Mills’ leg, which she lost in a 1993 traffic accident, will accidentally come off during her routine, according to report from Reality TV World.

I guess I’m not surprised that as a society we find her tragedy a way to make a few bucks, but I’m not sure that her misfortune should be our entertainment. I’m impressed and inspired by Mills’ desire to show the world what she can do, and I have been known to take a good bet, but I don’t think I’ll be placing any money on this one.
