WLBZ-TV 2 in Bangor will air an Easter special on the rite of Christian initiation of adults at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, April 15. The rite is the process by which adults join the Roman Catholic Church. A television show, “Come to the Water: The Adult Journey to Baptism,” follows a group of people through the process of adult initiation in a Catholic community the Pacific Northwest, culminating with their baptism at the Easter Vigil, the night before Christ’s resurrection is celebrated.
