CAMDEN – The board of directors of Camden National Corp. on Tuesday declared a dividend of 24 cents per share payable on April 30 for shareholders of record on April 16, President and Chief Executive Officer Robert W. Daigle announced.
Camden National is the holding company for two financial services companies: Camden National Bank, which has 27 offices serving coastal, western, central and eastern Maine, and Acadia Trust N.A., which offers investment management and fiduciary services at offices in Portland and Bangor. Acadia Financial Consultants, which has full-service brokerage services, is a division of Camden National Bank.
