CALAIS – Washington County Community College will host its second annual Downeast Adventure Race at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 28.

The 21.1-mile endurance test for teams and individuals includes mountain biking (12.3 miles), whitewater canoeing (3.6 miles), sea kayaking (2.9 miles) and running (2.3 miles).

Interested participants may compete as a team, relay team or individual. Entry fee is $80 per team or $30 per individual, and preregistration is required by 5 p.m. Friday, April 20.
