LINCOLN – A course designed to help people learn to recognize and prevent terrorist activities will be held 1-5 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, at Northern Penobscot Tech Region III, 35 West Broadway.

Participants will learn to recognize and prevent terrorist activities, and discuss issues specific to the business sector. The program is offered through the Department of Homeland Security’s risk management division.
