AUGUSTA – A doctor has accepted a conditional license in a consent agreement signed with the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine on April 10.

He also must have a physician monitor his practice.

Sitterly’s medical license was suspended on Jan. 31, 2006, after the board reviewed information indicating he was abusing Benadryl. He suspension continued until this month when Sitterly was able to produce mental and physical evaluations. Sitterly admitted to abusing Benadryl.
