CAMDEN – State Economist Catherine Reilly will speak about trends in the Maine economy from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 16.
Her talk is sponsored by the Camden-Rockport-Lincolnville Chamber of Commerce.
Reilly manages the economics and demographics program of the State Planning Office. She is also a member of the state’s Revenue Forecasting Committee.
Before her appointment in August 2005, Reilly was an economic adviser at the State Planning Office. She began her career at the Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center at the University of Maine, focusing on public support for higher education, youth migration and state tax policy.
Tickets for the event, which will be held at Tavern on the Falls restaurant at 43 Mechanic St., are $10 in advance and $12 at the door.
