GORHAM – Ryan Bourque of the University of Southern Maine, a senior outfielder from Sanford, was named the Little East Conference Baseball Player of the Year.

He, freshman third baseman Josh Mackey, and senior designated hitter Max Arsenault were named to the All-LEC first team and senior relief pitcher Pat Foley was a second-team choice.

Bourque batted .361 (60-for-166) with 46 runs scored, 15 doubles, 11 home runs, 50 RBIs, and a .651 slugging percentage, helping USM post a 27-15 record.

Arsenault hit .381 with five homers and 36 RBIs, while Mackey hit .379 with 10 doubles and three home runs. Foley was 6-1 with four saves and a 3.02 earned run average in 41 2/3 innings pitched.
