On Monday, May 7, we had our radio tuned to Clear Channel station 910 AM and we did not hear the emergency message by Gov. Baldacci. Therefore, we were surprised to read in the BDN that the test was a success. We had the radio on for 15 minutes before the test and the announcers were telling us it would be on. However, there was nothing but silence. Did anyone else have this problem?
