ORONO – Nate Adams scattered one run on four hits while striking out 13 and walking only one as Searsport improved to 9-3 with a 4-1 high school baseball win over Orono Wednesday.
Josh Nickerson and Caleb Ashey each had an RBI single for the Vikings.
Ben Stout had an RBI double and Lloyd Bryant singled twice for Orono.

At Deer Isle, Ben Hardie tossed a no-hitter to lead Deer Isle-Stonington to an 11-0 victory in five innings over the Tigers of East Sullivan. The Mariners won the first game 18-1.
In the second game, Rob Brown hit two home runs, a solo shot and a two-run homer to pace the Mariners. Bryant Ciomei singled twice and Shane Eaton had an RBI double and RBI single.
In the first game, Brown belted a three-run homer and later added an RBI single for the hosts. Jon Eaton had a solo homer and RBI single and Shane Eaton recorded a two-run double and a single.
Mickey Manning singled for Sumner and Mike Crowley lifted a sacrifice fly.

Sumner sweeps DI-Stonington
At Deer Isle, Nicky Sargent allowed one run on two walks while striking out 10 to earn the five-inning no-hitter and lead Sumner of East Sullivan past Deer Isle-Stonington 13-1 in the second game. Sumner also won the first game 16-9.
In the first game, Lona Sargent had three singles and a triple with three RBIs for the Tigers and Nicky Sargent tripled, doubled and singled with two RBIs.
Hannah Siebert tripled and singled with two RBIs to lead DI-Stonington and Whitney Haskell singled twice.
In the second game, Hollie Stanwood doubled and singled to drive in three runs for Sumner. Lona Sargent hit a two-run triple and Kayla Higgins added two singles and an RBI.
