OSHKOSH, Wis. – Colby College’s Ian London qualified to run in the final of the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championship meet Thursday. London finished second in the second heat with a time of 4 minutes, 3.6 seconds. The Topsham native will be among 12 finalists in the race Saturday.
