ROCKLAND – Cyrus Sleeper slapped a bases-loaded single in the bottom of the ninth to lift Rockland to a 4-3 high school baseball victory over Belfast Tuesday.
Sleeper reached on an error in the seventh, and Derek Tripp scored the tying run on the same play; Josh Elwell added an RBI single in the inning.
Sleeper finished with three singles and three RBIs. Dom Morrill added two singles and Travis Colson a double and a single.
Tyler Bowen singled twice for the Lions.

Aaron Flannery had a three-run homer for the Lynx and Peter Coggins had a two-run homer and a single. Josh Murchison doubled and singled and Long had a pair of base hits.
