Greenville High School
Rebecca Brown, principal of the Greenville High School, has announced the honor parts for the Class of 2007.
Hannah Breton, daughter of Paul and Melanie Breton of Greenville, has been named valedictorian for the Class of 2007. She plans to attend the University of Maine to study civil engineering.
She is a member of the National Honor Society, a class officer and student council president. She participated in soccer, cross country, basketball, ski team and track and field, earning 20 varsity letters as well as being a four-year member of the pep and concert bands, chorus, and school musicals.
Tasha Elsemore, daughter of Marlene Peat and the late Dana Elsemore and stepdaughter of Kenneth Peat of Greenville, has been named salutatorian for the Class of 2007. She will attend the University of Maine as a pre-med student.
She is a member of the National Honor Society, Key Club president, yearbook staff co-editor, and student council vice president. She plays soccer and recently received the 2007 MPA Principals Award.
