CHAMPERY, Switzerland. – Adam Craig of Corinth and Bend, Ore., earned a top-10 finish Saturday at a International Cycling Union elite men’s cross country mountain biking race.

Craig was timed in 2 hours, 12 minutes and 44 seconds for the 47.9-kilometer race to finish 10th overall among 137 finishers.

The 25-year-old Craig was the top American finisher while placing 4:51 behind race winner Julien Absalon, the 2004 Olympic gold medalist from France.
