BANGOR – Zeke Bischoff of Bangor rolled an Eastern Maine U.S. Bowling Congress-record 856 series in the mixed couples league at Family Fun Lanes on Tuesday night.
Bischoff, 47, posted games of 299, 277, and 280 for his total, which bettered the old association mark, set last year, by 10 pins. The state record is 862, set in the state tournament earlier this year.
The EMUSBC is made up of Family Fun Lanes, The Sports Arena in Hermon, and Newport Bowling Center.
