OLD TOWN – Canoe Hullabaloo will be held Thursday through Saturday, June 14-16, with all activities taking place at Riverfront Park. There is no cost for admission unless otherwise noted.
The three-day event will kick off with a bean supper and cook-off from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 14, at Old Town Elementary School. The silent auction featuring more than 100 items is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m., with the live auction at 7 p.m. The cost for the evening is $5 and includes supper, the cook-off and both auctions.
Friday’s events start at 4:30 p.m. with setup for the antique car display and a fisherman’s barbecue from 5 to 6 p.m. Elvis tribute artist Joey Loring of Indian Island will perform at 6:30 p.m., and “KISS” at 8 p.m.
Saturday’s events run all day starting with registration for the bicycle poker run at 10 a.m., a carnival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and various entertainment at the park from 1:30 to 8 p.m.
