SEARSPORT – Wade Oliver hit a three-run home run in the fourth inning to lift Montville past Foxcroft 7-6 in the second game of a Bay League baseball doubleheader over the weekend.

Montville beat Foxcroft in the first game 9-5.

In the first game, Greg Thayer had a two-run single while George Tripp added an RBI single for Montville.

Nick Lancisi and Tyler Wilson each hit a two-run home run for Foxcroft.

In the second game, Mike Adams had a two-run double while Andy Pooler doubled and singled for Montville.

Nick Lancisi singled twice while Paul Lancisi had an RBI double and Wilson added an RBI single for Foxcroft.

Aerus Electrolux wins two

At Hermon, Andy Treadwell hit two doubles, a single and drove in three runs to lead Aerus Electrolux by Union Street Cleaners 8-2 in the second game of a doubleheader.

Aerus Electrolux defeated Union Sreet in the first game 2-1.

In the first game, Andy Treadwell had an RBI double while Nate Ellis scored the winning run for Aerus on an error.

Chad Lavway had 11 strikeouts while Sammy Adolphson had a triple for Union St.

In the second game, Mark Farnham had two singles and a double with a pair of RBIs while Nate Ellis added a triple for Aerus.

George Keefe doubled and singled while Brian Hackett and Lavway each added two singles for Union Street.
