A summer concert series will begin Wednesday, June 27, at the Congregational Church on Main Street. Concerts will be held at 7 p.m. each Wednesday through Aug. 29. The first concert in July will be moved to Thursday, July 5, due to the observance of Independence Day. Pianist Bruce Potterton, the founder and director of SummerKeys, will perform works by Haydn, Beethoven, Chopin, Poulence and Copland at the first concert. Pianist and composer Roberto Pace will present classes on 20th century music at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in mid-July. For more information and a complete schedule, call Ann Carter, 214-4540.
