Two longtime members of the Maine Credit Union League’s board of directors were honored at a recent MCUL meeting in Augusta. Ralph Ferland, president and CEO of Eastern Maine Medical Center’s Federal Credit Union in Bangor, and A. Bosica, who was president and CEO of Knox County Federal Credit Union and now is branch manager of the Rockland branch of Five County Credit Union, recently stepped down from the MCUL board. For the past three years Ferland served as chairman. Both were recognized for their many years of service, involvement and contributions, according to a press release. John Murphy, the president and CEO of the MCUL, thanked Ferland and Bosica for their service. “Both A. and Ralph’s contributions will continue to help Maine’s credit unions and the League remain solid and successful and beneficial to Maine consumers,” Murphy said. The MCUL was formed in 1938 and provides services and products to assist credit unions in maintaining their League membership. For more information, visit www.mainecul.org.
