MADAWASKA – Daniel J. Desjardins was honored recently by MetLife at its annual leaders conference.
A graduate of University of Maine at Fort Kent, Desjardins is a registered representative-senior account executive and a member of MetLife’s Veterans Association. He has worked in the financial services industry for 26 years.
FORT KENT – Irfan Asghar, an internal medicine physician, is the newest medical staff member at Northern Maine Medical Center, according to an announcement by hospital CEO Martin Bernstein.
Dr. Asghar spent last year in New York City at New York Methodist Hospital serving as chief resident. He focuses on disease prevention with patients, according to a press release.
