HOLDEN – The Town Council will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, July 2, to select a community representative for a local school regionalization planning committee.

The local committee, which will hold its first meeting in mid-July, will have community members, town officials, school board members and school officials from the towns that compose SAD 63, and will include Superintendent Louise Regan. SAD 63 is composed of the communities of Holden, Eddington and Clifton.

The current and future status of the Holden school property also will be discussed at the Monday meeting.
