Bishop Richard J. Malone, head of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland, has announced the following assignments to Catholic churches in Maine:

The Rev. Wilfred Labbe, administrator of St. Ann, Bradley, and St. Ann, Indian Island, in addition to his current responsibilities as administrator of Our Lady of Wisdom, Orono; St. Mary, Orono; and Holy Family, Old Town.

The Rev. Thomas Farley, parochial vicar at Holy Family, Old Town; St. Mary, Orono; and Our Lady of Wisdom, Orono, in addition to his current responsibilities as parochial vicar at St. Ann, Bradley, and St. Ann, Indian Island.

The Rev. Richard Bertrand, temporary administrator of St. Patrick and St. Pius X, both in Portland, in addition to his current responsibility as pastor of Sacred Heart-St. Dominic, Portland.

The Rev. Joseph Manship, chaplain to St. Mary’s Hospital, Maison Marcotte and D’Youville Pavilion, Lewiston.

The Rev. Donald Gagne, chaplain, to Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston.

The Rev. Jean Paul Labrie, administrator of Sacred Heart, North Caribou, and St. Theresa, Stockholm, in addition to his current duties as pastor of Holy Rosary, Caribou; St. Louis, Limestone; and St. Denis, Fort Fairfield; and as administrator of St. Mark, Ashland; St. Catherine, Washburn; Our Lady of the Lake, Portage; St. Mary, Presque Isle; and St. Joseph, Mars Hill.

The Rev. James Robichaud, administrator of St. Agnes, Pittsfield, in addition to his duties as pastor of St. Francis Xavier & St. Paul the Apostle, Milo; St. Anne, Dexter; and St. Thomas Aquinas, Dover-Foxcroft.

The Rev. Raymond Morency and the Rev. David Raymond, parochial vicars of Sacred Heart, North Caribou, and St. Theresa, Stockholm, in addition to their present duties.

The Rev. Paul Dumais, chaplain to St. Joseph College and at the Maine Correctional Center in Windham.

The Rev. Bruce Siket, parochial vicar of Holy Spirit, Waterville; St. John the Baptist, Winslow; St. Bridget, North Vassalboro, Immaculate Heart of Mary, Fairfield; and St. Theresa, Oakland.

The Rev. Daniel Baillargeon, parochial vicar of Holy Spirit, Waterville; St. John the Baptist, Winslow; St. Bridget, North Vassalboro; Immaculate Heart of Mary, Fairfield; and St. Theresa, Oakland.

The Rev. Scott Mower, administrator of St. Vincent de Paul, Bucksport, and St. Mary Star of the Sea, Stonington, in addition to his duties as administrator of St. Joseph, Ellsworth.

The Rev. Msgr. J. Joseph Ford, administrator of Holy Martyrs, Falmouth, in addition to his duties as administrator of St. Gregory, Gray.

The Rev. Daniel Greenleaf, administrator of Holy Family, Lewiston, in addition to Holy Cross, Lewiston.

The Rev. Msgr. Rene Mathieu, administrator of St. Joseph, Biddeford; St. Andre, Biddeford; St. Mary, Biddeford; Most Holy Trinity, Saco; in addition to his duties as pastor of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Saco.

The Rev. Joachim Thanh has retired as pastor of Sacred Heart, North Caribou, and St. Theresa, Stockholm.

The Rev. Kenneth Dakin, parochial vicar at Holy Family, Lewiston, and Holy Trinity, Lisbon, has returned to his home archdiocese in San Antonio.
